Anaas Baking Studio is a boutique bakery and learning studio delivering French desserts from their cloud kitchen and baking courses from their chic studio. Anagha, who is the brainchild behind this multi-faceted studio, has a baking science degree from USA and has perfected a lip-smacking and exclusive menu of cakes and desserts for the sophisticated connoisseurs.
They have recently launched a weekends-only savories menu and I got an opportunity to try some of their items.
The packaging was nice and clean and ensured no spillage during delivery. Leveraging large cake boxes ensures everything can be fitted into a single box, which makes it easy to deliver.

The Pasta Arrabbiata as well as the Pasta Alfredo with Penne pasta had generous quantities of the sauce which ensured it does not go dry even if consumed after a while. Taste-wise, both ticked all the right boxes for texture and flavors. Topped with tossed veggies and a garlic bread slice, this can easily be a perfect light meal for one. #Delicious

The Paneer Panini came with a Cajun spice dip which not only adds another layer to the flavor profile but also makes sure that no bite goes dry. The paneer was soft and lathered in a delicious sauce and the soft bread made every bite a delight. #YumYum
Along with the savories, Anagha was kind enough to pack me a couple of desserts for me to try.
The Eggless Red Velvet Pastry as well as the Eggless Belgian Chocolate Pastry were extremely moist and packed full of flavors and the sweetness was just perfect. Personally not a huge fan of red velvet as a flavor but the Belgian chocolate was simply out-of-the-world.

The Tiramisu was delectable and full of flavor and the New York style Baked Cheesecake was one of the best I had tasted in a long, long time. Baking a perfect NY style cheesecake isn’t an easy task by any means however Anaas Baking Studio aced it. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates a true baked cheesecake.
